In this section some contract projects concerning medium and big scale works are shown: we manage the various activities necessary to complete this kind of works, from feasibility studiesand analysis of requirements till final tests and start up.
The tower of Bari Palese is entirely made of steel and can be disassembled: it was first realized while the new, definitive tower was under construction; once dismantled it was moved to Taranto Airport. In Milan Malpensa we planned and realized the floating floors, the fittings and the partition walls in both the tower and the technical area. In Ciampino Airport we permanently manage the organization of the work spaces for the Air Control Center (ACC) of ENAV spa and other operational activities.
We have managed the design, execution and fitting of big office surfaces: this activity dealt with different companies, even very different one from the other. We offer turn-key solutions either for small office surfaces, such as the UK Embassy at the Holy See, and for bigger surfaces, ranging from the architectural project to furniture supply.
Interventions concerning the restoration of existing buildings are very common in Italy and especially in Rome, a place where historical layering has produced a varied and complex built heritage. The works here displayed are some examples of how thetopic of preservation can be declined to many conditions: from “young” residentialcompounds, realized in the 60s and 70s, to more ancient buildings, where structuralinterventions often are necessary.
